chocolates

well, iam fond of chocolates .. cadburies,bournvile are my favourite picks,, so i thought to say to u abt chocolates today
Chocolate starts with a tree called the cacao tree.The cacao tree produces a fruit called cocao. Inside the fruit are the tree's seeds, also known as cocoa beans.At first the roasted beans are winnowed. Winnowing removes the meat of the cocoa bean from its shell.The beans are fermented for about a week, dried in the sun and then shipped to the chocolate maker. The chocolate maker starts by roasting the beans to bring out the flavor. Different beans from different places have different qualities and flavors, so they are often sorted and blended to produce a distinctive mix.

The taste of chocolate is different for different places ,tis is because of the climate aand soil conditions.one must say,that nature selectively picks the quality and taste of choclates. The chocolate that we eat contains sugar, other flavors (like vanilla) and often milk (in milk chocolate). The chocolate maker adds these ingredients according to his or her secret recipe.

cocoa contains
* 39-43% of oleic acid

* 23-25% of palmitic acid
* 31-35% of stearic acid
